MikeHuckabee.com has been re-launched as a separate site from HuckPAC, Huckabee’s political action committee.
On the site, you can find links to Huckabee’s books, videos, latest news and events, and biography.
Paid for by HuckPAC and, quite honestly, very similar to it, one might wonder whether this site is necessary at this point in time. But Huckabee’s career is progressing. Yesterday (8/07/08), he filled in again for Paul Harvey’s radio show. He will be subbing for Neal Boortz’s show in September. And plans are in the works for an almost “townhall”-style TV show hosted by the former Arkansas governor on Fox News. He has already been with the news station as an analyst. Beyond that, he’s writing another book; he’s traveled out of the country; and he’s still not out of the running for the Republican vice-presidential nomination. At least, as far as we know, he’s not, although Ed Rollins said that he’s no longer under consideration.
In any case, a separate site for personal Huckabee news may allow HuckPAC to evolve into a more focused status. But HuckPAC isn’t the only aftershock of Huckabee’s surprising presidential campaign. He just announced the creation of the Vertical Politics Institute, which he says in an e-mail will “serve as a clearing house for ideas and a way for grassroots activists to campaign and promote the issues that matter most to them.”
It will be interesting to see how these three sites develop into their own unique identities. Stay tuned.

Thank you for keeping those who aren’t political junkies in the loop about Governor Huckabee. He is doing more to make oridinary people politicallly aware and motivated to GET INVOLVED, than any candidate I have seen in my lifetime. Vertical politics is the way to a more united country and I hope democrats as well as republicans will visit http://www.mikehuckabee.com and learn more about Governor Huckabee. I hope the GOP realizes that Mike Huckabee is more than just a political candidate…he is a national treasure!!! McCain/Huckabee’08 for a most powerful, dynamic winning Republican ticket!!!!

Sorry: I think Mike Huckabee is a closet socialist. I voted for him when he ran for Lt. Governor and for Governor. But he has too many socialist idea. Not for this gal.
